Nothing on the website or within the branding guide, or in these terms of use, shall be construed as granting any license to use any Exchange trademarks.
The National Exchange Club reserves the right to refuse Exchange Clubs, Exchange Club Districts, Exchange Club members, vendors, and all other parties use of its trademarks, logos, Emblems, and other items listed above. Implicit permission shall never be assumed.
Note:
All district and club-level initiated projects must be properly branded and identified with the corresponding district/club logo/Emblems. Further, no project that isn’t previously approved shall imply endorsement of or direct connection to the national organization’s initiatives.
National-level logos and Emblems are reserved for use specifically by staff of Exchange’s National Headquarters. No reproduction of these files shall be allowed, under any circumstances, without permission from either Exchange’s CEO or Director of Communications.
